      - Extremely toxic work culture - Poor work life balance - Hypocrite top leadership - Favouritism towards certain employees - Account managers penalized for personal goals and milage - Lack of accountability towards certain functions such as creation and application - All these factors contribute to high attrition rate

      Excellent high quality coworkers Good pay Autonomous work

      Cons

      Teterboro facility extremely lacking compared to competitors. Overall, US is de- emphasized globally while representing a large portion of consumers. Being a Euro centric company, they haven’t figured out how to crack the US market. Pls note Dr Bertram is no longer CEO (hello Glassdoor!)
