      The company employs the owners family which none of them know what they are doing. They bully you and treat you poorly. The company is unloyal to its staff and is a revolving door for people who can't work well with crazy. Stay away from this company if you want a career with professionals. It is disorganized and run like a school for girls that hate each other.

      Great photographers and videographers are present within the team.

      Cons

      Bad leaders, all emotional wrecks, and marketing department is a toxic "mean girl" environment created by a leader exhibiting narcissistic tendencies, favoritism, and a lack of experience. Bad energy, bad vibes. HR is unethical, doesn't care, unfamiliar with the company's policies and doesn't see how poor the leadership team is.
