Pros
Some really great employees. Most are looking for the exit door.
Cons
The CEO is the worst leader I have ever come across. He likes hiring “big names” and promotes the heck out of the hire without having any real infrastructure. A few claims people. No loss control people at all. No actuarial capabilities. As mentioned in the other reviews, the CEO is the biggest gossip in the firm. He will tell everyone he speaks to about who he wants to fire. The CEO actually promotes dishonesty. One of his “go to” phrases is “when meeting with a prospect, you are not under oath”! Recently, 17 senior leaders had to fly to San Francisco to be told that if they don’t hit their numbers, they will be removed from their positions. This meeting must have cost over $50,000. Considering the firm was not profitable in 2024, this seems very odd. Also, it is a bad look for the CEO to fly in his private plane, stay at nothing but Ritz Carltons and then wonder why we aren’t profitable.
