      Pros

      Cool technology, some very good, talented people and the work is challenging and interesting.

      Cons

      The company is poorly run, with really no real direction. Little value is placed on employees, and massive layoffs happen every December. Not ONE of the systems they have installed at customer sites functions as advertised, and they never will. I don't see this company in business in five years. Glad I left when i did, it was a waste of time.
