Interesting technology in a growing space. Smart, hardworking people (for the most part). Tons of potential if they can get out of their own way.
Cons
Management team that cannot communicate effectively with the employees. Bad performers are ignored until a replacement can be found and then they walk them out as the new person starts, even at the Exec team level. Performance management is a joke and managers are either afraid or incapable of providing feedback that will help people improve!!! Location and physical space is in a word "depressing". False promises for employee recognition. Billionaire behind the funding is like a puppet master with wildly shifting priorities. Growing employee turnover including the recruiting and HR teams - they are usually the first rats jumping off of the sinking ship.
