      - Great place to work if you are looking for an opportunity north of Boston. Symbotic employees are intelligent, extremely hard-working, and understand the importance of helping others - Free catered lunch (pizza & salad) every Friday - Free/Unlimited hot coffee/tea/soda - Casual work environment. - Flexible hours which is great for work-life balance - Strong employee referral program

      Cons

      - The office in MA is not accessible by public transportation, so you do need a car to get to the office. - The office space is adequate, but could use more of a modern touch.
