Quick to hire.....(but, like the old saying goes..)

Probably the fact that they hire you without knowing the details of the assignment and Symbioun tech has no idea of the business structure of their clients. These people have absolutely no business working as a 3rd party vendor for Cox Automotive and this is because of many reasons. First the company does not gather the necessary information from their clients to determine what type of individual would fit their clients needs. With that being said, Symbioun technologies is just sending resumes and candidates over to their "clients" who have a resume with key words that Symbioun technologies probably believes would be a fit. Their strategy is basically a numbers a game with their clients and they just run through candidates until one candidates buys into their bs. This company is absolutely useless in the process of obtaining a job and I highly recommend anyone to not use this company as a temp service because you will be highly disappointed. BTW the compensation was extremely low for the type of work and experience necessary to be successful in the position they're attempting to match you with. The reason I know this is because I had two different temp services working on getting me hired at Cox Auto motive, but Symbioun technologies was trying to get me in at a lot lower of a rate compared with a lot of other companies. I wonder where all that gross is going....... ??? Good. Oh and they call themselves a tech company, but make the process of getting hired from another state extremely lengthy, difficult, and they make you go through unnecessary hoops like getting a drug test for a job that doesn't even require a drug test.( I chose to use the drug test as an example due to their current employees using drugs...it just doesn't make sense and its highly hypocritical to have someone go through a drug screening to only learn that their currently employees abuse drugs daily.)
