      Pros

      Can't think of any. Proper parking facility maybe. Good Air Conditioning eases the work load, and the parking facility is decent.

      Cons

      Bad management. Lack of HR presence in office premises. Employees are treated badly. Lack of transparency has made many employees including myself quit.

      1. Learning curve is high 2. Great support from Senior's 3. Exposure to newer technologies. 4. Work life balance 5. Flexible work timings

      Cons

      1. No proper appraisals. 2. Great politics in senior management, they will try to pull only work form you, but not the employee satisfaction.
