Syft gave me an intern position with minimal work experience, which allowed me to grow my connections and industry experience. Great people(!) and a positive work environment.
Cons
There weren't too many downsides when working with them, maybe it was that the teams were very small at the time. Then again the company was small and I understand that. They do have a lot more employees now though! Glad to see them growing.
