very unprofessional and also inappropriate

first, they have a very friendly environment, they have fixed schedule and fixed salary. they're also giving nice bonuses. The management are very easy to approach to when we have concerns.

there's not much to say, the only thing that I don't like is that they easily let go of the employees if the account will be dissolve, especially with the trainees they keep them hanging for many weeks before they let them know if they can still continue or not.
