We appreciate your response. Glad to know that there are pros.
A bit about your dissatisfaction. Incase you had no space for growth, you still stuck around 3 years plus. We are surprised. If you were with us for 3 years plus, your salary would have gone up 30%, since you started, very rare in other advertising agencies. We had a office the size of a badminton court, wonder what was about no space there. Confusion in an advertising agency comes with the deal and the top order is always going to be tackling the need of the hour.
