Great experience to collect , very understanding management, no micro management , no stress, friendly and easy going employees. Great production , maintenance , engineering & customer service and sales staff.

Medical benefits for family are expensive. need to work on research and development more.

Work life balance is great. Guys in the plating area are awesome.

Terrible middle and upper management. Bonuses are a literal slap in the face and so is your raise. Took a 10% pay cut during the pandemic when we were essential workers but got a 3% raise 2 years after. A month prior to my 5 year tenure I was fired without any warning. Benefits are ridiculous; insurance is super expensive. We even had a health program axed because HR couldn't manage it properly so everybody lost out. I could go on and on. Stay away .
