Worst work culture and management/ Managers I have ever seen in my entire career over decades. Managers are sadistic Too much micro management which feels suffocating and Managers treat their team members like salves. Too much work pressure because of bad Management. Promotions mostly based on friendship. Managers humiliate employees time to time. Also they expect you to spend lunch breaks with them. No job security, I have seen they fire people who do not act like their slaves and who suggest good changes in the company's work flow. Office in Gland in the middle of nowhere. No food shops nearby. Salaries are lower than other companies. No flexible timings or remote work. No freedom to speak, unless you agree with your manager. I had to leave Swissquote to save my mental health.
