Pros

None, not worth one bit.

Cons

Long hours. Management on shift speaks to you like you're a slave. Everyone talks badly about each other behind your back. No one says hello to anyone. No passion for aviation from none of the seniors I've worked with. Plus the monthly pay( minimum wage) is not good either. We are going for aviation, dealing with passengers and cargo. Quite a lot of responsibility for such a poor salary! I've quit after 3 weeks. Have lots of experience with previous airline, but this was just a horrible company to work for. The airlines pay them good money for their services. Increase the wage accordingly .

We have recently introduced specific courses to improve our management styles and increase our communications to all levels of employee
