Management, incredibly confusing choices made by people who seemingly haven’t done the job themselves, a few barely legal or outright illegal things, breaks being rostered in the first hour of shifts and no reimbursement for safety boots. Inconsistent hours and pretty low pay for how hard the work is. Penalty rates only on weekends. If you want to be a ramp agent go to one of the other companies.
