it is start up company

initial work as Freelancer , they gived me bounce check , after couple days they settle the amount. after one year join this company as Team Lead . initial two months they paid salary for couple months , after that they delayed salaries and keep sending for couple months false promise mail, due to that loss trust on them, l left the company still some people are working there belief on management. dont trust this company , if you join your career and financial situation will be drained Recently ( on 29 th septemeber ) terminated 35 employees with out proper reason

No best thing to experience good at swipesumo. No salaries,Full of Politics .

First of all..H.R ,he is a not a employees person. Always on side of Management. Acts as rowdy in office.Dont even try to talk to him.he says we will fight after office. No salaries from the past 4 months and he is fighting with employees instead of Management. Fired nearly 20 members without any prior notice. And not given salaries
