Pros
Can't think of any, specially for the Servd vertical which was started as a direct competitor to In-Your-District by Zomato. Can consider getting salary on time as a pro which is quite funny to say for a company this big. But sadly can't think of anything else which is good about this company.
Cons
A very long list so hold tight! - NO hierarchy structure or reporting lines. As a Senior associate, no structure was ever set to know how to manage the junior resources. Juniors can cut reporting lines an respond directly to the managers or HOD's, even the feedback structure is an absolute mess. Expect feedbacks to come from anybody on the team irrespective of their roles and designations. - No accountability of the senior management, they just want to hold on as much power as they can and in order to achieve that they can go as low as possible. Insulting senior associates by managers in public groups just to prove superiority is a very common thing. Any rarely any actions are taken to resolve these activities by the senior management. - Quality work is never the focus, and is never encouraged. Its always Quantity over Quality. - Absolute nightmare for creative people, If you want to kill your creative approach and want to become a mass production machine with no soul. This should be the best place for you. - When the world is shifting towards 4 days week, this company makes you work for 6 and sometimes even on sundays so, good luck with that! - In the name of employee perks, you will only get a gym subscription(10k) and that's it, don't expect anything else coz there aint any. - The best part - EVERYONE IS A FIRST TIMER HERE. The Managers were never manager's before, the HOD's were not even manager's before, the producers and senior producers have NO prior production experience. - If you are working in any of the backend job roles(Videographer, Video Editor, Graphic Designer, Writer), you are practically a labourer and have no say in the creative process. Your job is to just take orders and execute without using your brain.
