Clique-ish culture, promotes and us vs them culture - us being the popular kids the CEO talks to and them being everyone else.
Company consistently over promises and under delivers so the CEO makes everyone focus on sales, even engineering. There is a re-org or layoff every 4-6 months.
It seems like the sales team is a mess. The re are new BDRs all the time because they leave -- some BDRs hated it so much they left even though they didn't have a job to go to.
