      Fun group of people to work with, casual workplace. Most project managers are great, reasonable and will take the time to explain the project and scope. Location is very close to a train station.

      Cons

      No formal training given for software or engineering concepts. Salary on the low end.

      Long commute unless you live in the area. Double shifts.

      Pros

      Get to work on a good range of projects. People within a department get along very well.

      Cons

      Work can get very busy and stressful when a big project comes along and dull when there isn't one. Different sides of the company do not work together very often if at all.
