Pros

Culture. People. The young, upstart energy that comes from an independently owned agency that is nimble and can deliver campaigns faster than traditional agencies.

Cons

Everything changed when Swift was acquired. The culture and vibe took a nose-dive and it just didn't feel 'fun' to go to work anymore. Sure, the directors are there to make money but when you're swallowed by a whale, bottom lines, share price and other corporate junk taint what was once a great place. Had never even heard of Possible until acquisition. A certain Director was a nightmare to work with. #boysclub

It is impossible to understate the total gems that work at Swift. They also have a great history and culture — and do what they can to foster a strong community.

Cons

Social media content creation can be really grueling, and the corporate red tape is real.

Pros

it used to be a cool mid size agency with fun clients and coworkers

Cons

they laid off most of the og / they left on their own so now it just feels like we are part of a larger corporation that does not care about you at all also the pay is insanely low
