      Pros

      A lot of foot traffic so higher tips, lenient managers (for the most part)

      Cons

      Would cater heavily to people working in the music industry who would often come have meals fully comped, and not tip a single thing while being super demanding. Working there would often feel like a boys club.

      Team mentality and DIY ethics and you will go far.

      Reasonably fun and easy job. Great people to work with.

      Cons

      For years, the company policy was to pay credit card processing fees each day by removing the amount from staff tips.
