Had fun while it lasted

location very far, not convenient

+Job security ( no cases of people getting fired, but who will as employable engineers are hard to come by) +Can get to learn a lot from site works (the MORE you do, the more you learn)

-Working hours are long, but comparing with other construction contractors, it seems normal -Does not function like a listed company -Promotion and Pay raise: not heard of here, been working here for a year and a half
