      i dont see pros working in this comnpany, too much drama and gossips

      Cons

      pushing low quality jewellery as high end pieces not reasonable sales goals instead of cash bonuses will give jewellery

      Pros

      great introduction into luxury retail, great sales training, coworkers are very friendly, management really cares about you and is very nice but can get rude when stressed. generally a nice place to work, clean, very easy job overall, you make team bonuses which raise hourly to as much as 22 and hour

      micromanaging from corporate, disorganized management, moderate turnover, things get stressful but also fun during busy seasons
