We are of course thrilled to read your Pros: “Good work environment" and “Nice colleagues” As for your “Cons” seems you are disappointed with the salary, please note that we have a compensation team that determines the salaries based on competitive market research, and that we also offer our Sales Consultants a bonus when the store and company reach their targets. The retail bonus program at Swarovski was rolled out about a year ago, after much research, was meant to enhance our compensation and to foster an environment where teamwork can flourish. The bonus structure also embraces an omni channel approach to selling as it takes into consideration the success of the entire company including our online sales. We believe that in an environment where everyone together works as a team to achieve our goals our customers will receive better service and our associates will have a more positive work environment.
