Great work culture but not enough pay - Brand Ambassador Swarovski Employee Review

As for your Cons: “For the amount of work and dedication that they expect, the salary or salary raises that they give are not great” we are sorry that you are not happy with the compensation. We strive to remain competitive in our compensation practices and regularly review our pay rates and bonus structure in all markets and will share your concerns with our compensation team.
