sometimes i am frestated from the culture.

No pros of this company

Endless 1) Its being run by a third rated person who is good for nothing. 2) provide only one Ac in the whole company and that the remote control of that is also being operated by the boss himself . 3) Within the joining of few weeks they can reduce your salary to half despite offering you in the offer letter 4) Tls dont allow you to speak to other members of the team not even in the break time. All i say is please think as many times before you join this company.
