Pros
Working level hourly and non management salaried associates are genuinely nice people who strive to work hard everyday. Generally good teamwork and collaboration.
Cons
Management very cliquey!! Felt like high school, you could be in the right "group" one day and out the next. Those "group" leaders generally disregard diverse thoughts / ideas and pick their friends that most align with their ideology.
