Pros

Scope of work is good

Cons

-Ideation, planning and execution revolves around one person. Middle management is focused on getting something done because the CEO said so. -The "seniors" lack empathy and EQ! They do not know how to talk in a dignified manner let alone in a professional setting. -Seniors have very one dimensional knowledge. They consider themselves experts of the subject matters they know nothing about. -Rather than providing guidance and technical discussion everyone in the middle management is focused on playing the blame game -CEO wants to do good work but unfortunately he's surrounded by buch of incompetent bootlickers who do their work just for sake of doing it -No professionalism. Structured approaches and channels are waived off since they're thought to be corporate practices and not startup culture. -Everyone here has no understanding of boundaries. A no is treated as betrayal and revolt. People here fail to understand that we employees are humans and humans have personal life -Deadlines are forcefully imposed without actually discussing with the team or the individual

Pros

Honestly, almost nothing positive to highlight.

Cons

- Extremely low salaries: interns are paid around ₹10,000/month, which is not sustainable given the workload. - Salaries are not disbursed on time, creating constant financial uncertainty. - No real learning opportunities or exposure to meaningful projects — interns and employees are treated as cheap labor. - Work-life balance is nonexistent; employees are expected to work 7 days a week, often late into the night. - Management uses fear, constant criticism, and mental pressure rather than support or recognition. - Very secretive environment — employees are left in the dark about important decisions, goals, or company direction. - No career growth or mentorship — people stagnate instead of building skills. - Extremely high employee turnover; people don’t last long because of the toxic atmosphere. - No respect for employees’ time or well-being; personal boundaries are ignored. - A culture of favoritism and poor leadership — decisions seem arbitrary, not merit-based. - Morale across the company is consistently low, and many employees stay only until they find a better opportunity.
