Here most of the reviews are fake, company CEO/managing director will ask 5 star reviews otherwise they won't give your Full and final settlement or before depositing last months salary once you leave the company. The overall vision of leadership is very distorted regarding the product, that's why they are still not into the market even after more than 8 years. If someone wants peace of life don't join here, rather than wait and join some other company specially for freshers. They will ask your educational certificates, passport in original and other things and keep them until you leave the company, to scare you. You can't leave the company now, so whatever the situation you have to work there On the top of this they will impose bond on fresher usually they will pay 6 lac CTC and impose 5 lac of bond amount for 3 years (if u leave before 3 years u have to pay 5 lac) which is totally trap. Now you have signed the 5 lac rs bond and gave your original certificates, congratulations you are in trap. Leave policies are worst they won't credit your salary if you are on leave they will think you will run away once you receive your salary. Every thing is messed up here, hr, accounts everything. They will not give your payslips on timely manner, your appraisal letters so that you can not show them to take a new job. If the management wants you to stay they will try all the fishy things so that you don't resign like by holding certificates, your money (variable pay) and if they don't like you they will throw you out in a moment with giving 2 months notice or 2 months salary. Here, for experience people variable pay is scam. They will not pay the variable pay , if they agreed to pay then they will take sometime 1 year to pay so that they can hold your money and you don't resign.
