IT IS A CHAOS - ESL Teacher Suzhou Foreign Language School Employee Review

It is an absolute mess. From day one teachers are lost as they don't offer a training or an explanation about how everything works at the school. There is not a curriculum provided by the school, teachers have to decide what to teach without guidelines. There are not materials , teachers are always buying stuff from their pockets . The printers are always broken , Management is awful, they never communicate to teachers , there are always last minute changes and activities and every time you ask for something their answer is 'I don't know '. HR is always lying to teachers . They do not care about students but about enrolling , about money.
