It is a humble environment. Sometimes you'll get free stuff from partners. Have good branding to work in one of the top media and ent companies in Indo, a typical Indonesian corporation, a good place to start your career
Cons
Office politics is real. They prefer the younger ones and feel like neglected the other with longer tenure in the company. Their benefits are lower compared to other companies. Hard to get promoted here unless you are your team leader's favorite
