      - The pension - There are some nice people working there

      Cons

      - Incompetence in senior management - A real problem with bullying that is ignored by senior management and HR. It is not taken seriously and some senior management bully their own staff terribly. - The HR department is the worst I have ever experienced (in over 20 years). Constantly conflicting advice, contradict themselves and offering no support and bad advice. - No way of progressing through the organisation
