Pros

None, this is the worst place I’ve ever worked.

Cons

The company doesn't values their employees. You will be overwork and the training is bad due to a lack of structure. You don't t know when you will leave because for the most part, you will work overtime. You will do billing, and so many other things that doesn't pertains to the job

Pros

The opportunity to learn a lot if you desire, on-the-field experience, and to see the full reprocess cycle of instruments and endoscopes instead of staying in one department all the time. Will hire with provisional CRCST. Paid to complete 400 hours. Advice: Get your hours & experience and move on if the role does not suit your lifestyle. Heavily consider any promotions offered. Better to be a technician than a supervisor or manager. Do not commit to this company. Many great employees have left or have been wrongfully fired from this company.

Cons

Corporate doesn't develop, support, or care about field employees until stakeholders complain, losing money, or last resort. Field management is underpaid for work assigned. Bonus paid following year after 1st quarter. Multiple CEOs come & go every couple of years. No true company culture. Will build menial cases against you to place you on a PIP & terminate you later even though performance has not been affected. Worst PTO Package: 2 wk vacation max for first 3 years. 3 wk vacation max until 7 years. 4-5wk vacation until 10 years. Employee turnover so high - started retention bonuses but only at the end of the financial quarter of the hire anniversary and not date of anniversary. Then they turned around and started building cases against those getting higher tenure bonuses if they were not upper management. You can not make up the nonsense this company does. Small company probably under 300 employees. Current CEO just cares about new business ventures & making headlines when original business model needs further development. His right hand man is one of the most toxic leaders known to the company and spreads it around to other employees. You sign a non-compete with them; pay attention to it. Even though the company doesn't really have the finances to pursue legal action against violations of the non-compete.
