If you get an interview with this company ask about their turnover rate and for a retention plan. There is no plan. There is also no plan to better the company and fix the issues we have been dealing with for over a year. Poor treatment of current employees, lack of training, insufficient pay, no trust in upper management.
Company claims to be on a tight budget and cannot afford to increase pay but will then spend thousands on sales team get-aways and outings. Money is spent poorly due to ignorance of overall picture. Pay your employees better, give them opportunities to excel at conferences/trainings, and limit the money spent on items that will never get the company far.
