If you want no job security and management who criticizes everything even down to a neutral facial expression, then this is the perfect place to work! They have had layoffs over 2x a year and will terminate you just for existing. Was "let go"/fired due to "low performance" even though exceeding daily goals, WHILE PREGNANT mind you , I still managed to pull my weight in a leadership position and they couldnt back up the "low performance" statement with any proper documentation or metrics. There is nothing enjoyable about this job but the pay, but even that doesnt make it worth it. The managers are incapable, completely unknowledgeable about day to day functions, dont know how to manage or lead. They do not trust you, have terrible communication skills, they are incompetent and god forbid if you stand up for yourself, then you are labeled as emotional. Please for the love of god, there are other places to work.
