Pros
Surge was a phenomenal experience for me. Understanding it was my very first job at 18, I was joining as an intern and wasn't pushed directly into projects. Rather had time to learn and understand the work ethics before moving through. I worked at Surge for a total of about 3.5 years, and I have very rarely had an issue with work. Sometimes the workload becomes too much but we are allowed a separate time off for those if needed. I'd specially note how helpful and keen the seniors were In seeing the team grow as well as all the colleagues who were equally supportive.
Cons
I wouldn't say there were any cons unless you are not keen on moving to different projects, which is something I experienced. But I enjoyed working with different clients on different things.
