Surge Direct is not only a marketing firm that does an immense amount of good in the world, its team culture is outstanding. Their promotional pathway is open to everyone. Anyone can benefit from the free leadership and sales training to build and manage their own sales team and increase their earnings.
Cons
There is a strong expectation to arrive for training early in the morning, and stay late, and work weekends. That’s sales though.
