The staff is great! Its an easy and relaxed environment. If you are passionate about skating, snowboarding or surfing this is a fun place to work!

No formal system for raises, reviews or promotions. Don't expect to get paid more than minimum wage and don't expect many raises. If they like you you will get promoted. If they don't like you (even if you are a good worker) you wont get promoted.
