Small feel and growing. Company pays most of your healthcare costs. Great about letting you have time off if you need it and have earned it.

The company does not offer a training program. Therefore, you have to come with knowledge or learn the job on your own. Layoff package is nothing and no notice is given. No room for growth. Underpay for the market.
