Nice office that’s about it

I was told I would get a week of training before hitting the sales floor and when it got down to it, i got 3 hours of training. I received no support from my team lead and was given no direction as to my weekly/monthly goals. No surprise I didn’t do well in the sales aspect but instead of giving me the proper training I was promised, they let me go without a warning or at least a sit down to tell me to improve or else. They don’t even sell insurance they sell medical sharing so how is someone with no prior knowledge of that going to succeed without help?

Pros

This job was probably the best job I’ve ever head. Management and team were so great we were like family.

Cons

Workload was heavy with so small a team. We had to wear multiple hats often.

Teammates were pleasant to work with

Cons

Leadership is only concerned with building up their weak product, likely to have another company buy them out and the executives get an exit. Until then, there are constant layoffs and restructuring where teams are just the bare minimum to function. Avoid
