Pros
There is definitely room to grow within the company, regardless of where to start out or work experience. Interesting incentives program for employees: contests for products/classes, bonuses for selling certain products Discounts are great if you love to cook and love gadgets.
Cons
The company expects a lot for the low hourly wage. No cleaning crew means everyone has to chip in with store maintenance (most managers just pawn this off on hourly part time employees) Payroll structuring that forces hour cuts when the store is struggling to make sales. Yet the company expects the store to exceed sales goals with minimal staff. Not a lot of product training provided. Hours are inconsistent when you are a part time employee. ASM and store managers will give you whatever they don't want. Can be a very catty environment with lots of internal drama.
