Pros

Coworkers were mostly fun, relaxed during the smaller classes, learned some culinary things, there was an employee discount for store merchandise

Cons

Boring, poor management, rude customers (sometimes drunk, almost always loud), repetitive work, mopping not a priority (neither was bleaching the sink), breakroom was just a cubby hole people could barely fit in

- Very fun work - Get to work with professional chefs - You will actually learn more about cooking in this position than you will taking the classes - Employee discounts

Cons

- Low pay with no opportunity for advancement, not a career path - Sometimes kitchen is understaffed, putting a lot of pressure on you
