      Pros

      Can move up quickly, however, the perks to do so are not enticing. A decent employee discount, though not as good as competitor retailers.

      Cons

      Poor leadership and team building. Lack of communication between managers and associate. Abusive assistant manger who is "me only." As a result a sense of chaos and low morale prevails.

      - Very fun work - Get to work with professional chefs - You will actually learn more about cooking in this position than you will taking the classes - Employee discounts

      Cons

      - Low pay with no opportunity for advancement, not a career path - Sometimes kitchen is understaffed, putting a lot of pressure on you
