Pros
The place was so dead half the time we just cleaned. You will get a laugh at people trying to return things from 3 years ago. Customers, for the most part, seem legitimately interested in products.
Cons
Underpaid: Ligitimatly was underpaid for the county I was working in. They will keep you there for 39 hours just so they don't have to pay benefits. Benefits: Non-existent. Systems: Their return policy is super annoying. We always had to call customer service (honestly some of the best people). You would think that Sur La Table would just allow people to ship things back they didn't want. Customers: I mean this is a customer service job so you will be dealing with some rude people, I don't hold them accountable for that; just something to be aware of.
