Pros
Location is great (Tysons Corner) and the employees are great to work with!!!
Cons
Unclear in what you want out of an employee. It changes almost daily, and you give employees mismatched responsibilities (someone in the account manager/business development side of things should not be taking care of HR responsibilities such as payroll, and benefits). There is a lot of mis-communication, which will destroy the company eventually. Micro-management is out of control. You can't babysit your employees, it shows that you don't trust them and they are left fighting for their credibility constantly. There is also a lot of favoritism within the company - which could be borderline illegal. Pay is low, and there are always issues with getting paid.
