Pros
- great people. I mean really great people. HR department is doing outstanding job here and every person who joins is smart, outgoing and helpful. everyone I met there was an interesting person with the whole lot of experience and stories to tell - they listen. in SUP you are always heard. from your feedback and suggestions on the office routine to your preferences in projects and work-related issues. - extra activities like runs, speaking club, poetry club, cinema club and other initiatives are always encouraged - it’s possible here to find your work-life balance but work-study-life balance is often the case. job fits students perfectly as you can adjust your shifts and manage everything if you are organized enough. - the offices are perfect. the work place has everything, literally everything. only iMacs (if project doesn’t require win system), only the best equipment, always clean, always available. - full security of the office and information it contains :) - people complained on the lack of compensation reviews - I can’t agree. my requests for a review were always met. sure, it seems like it could be higher, but that’s always the case, no?
Cons
- If you’re working on remote, you’ll be missing pizza on colleagues b-days, SUP cafe and friendly chat. you’ll not visit barbecues in summer, NY party, company’s b-day and lots of other fun stuff to do - well, coffee here could be better, let’s be honest :)
