Poor Organisation - Senior IT Manager Supply Point Employee Review

Shockingly poor senior management. No existing documentation or help for new staff to integrate into the business. Left to basically sink or swim Salaries are low for the various responsibilities and roles Various good new staff have left soon after starting because they weren't helped to fit in. Health and safety is suspect such as no checking of water supplies for legionnaires bacteria etc.
