Well we're sure proud of this one and will continue to listen to your recommendations. The pros are still well intact and I think we've addressed all the 'Cons' in here now, too!
1. #startuplife -- we've since moved to a bigger office, offer full benefits, and we were just awarded as one of Colorado's Top Startups! (...even though being around over half a decade of doesn't quite feel like a 'startup' anymore :)
2. Path To Advancement - we've introduced a career ladder to make career advancement simple to navigate and clear to understand
3. PTO - all employees get 3 weeks of PTO as soon as they begin and it grows from there!
4. Insurance - SUPPLY covers 100% of the monthly medical health care, dental, and vision insurance contribution for the employee. You may elect for additional benefits for eligible dependent coverage. SUPPLY also provides company-paid Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, and Life Insurance.
