Pros
Still some good team mates left
Cons
Company is in terminal decline, and everyone who can leave is No clear plans for the future, projects are constantly started as a priority and then forgotten Teams outside sales or broking are largely forgotten, everything is approached from the perspective of sales. Company wide messages telling people to push hard to hit targets make no sense to many people CEO seems to have largely handed over control to others Intense micro management has replaced actual management Very little career growth opportunities unless you know the right people The company gives the usual speeches on mental health, inclusion etc, but it's well known that certain senior management members bully people, shout at people, and demean people. Those who are involved with bringing in money can do this without repercussion Senior management consistently hire people who don't fit into the existing culture, and who then destroy that culture The constant threat of lay offs hangs over everyone's head, no one trusts what leadership says when they say the company is fine There's an emphasis on been seen in the office, rather than what's actually achieved You constantly have to justify your continued employment through self reviews and manager assessments, but the company and leadership never reflect on their own performance or explain why the business has been badly run Almost all experienced staff have been chased out, leaving the company comprised mostly of new hires
