Cons
So many issues. The work culture is horrible! Very toxic and cliquey, with clear misogyny and passive-aggressiveness instead of adult communication. It honestly feels like being back in high school, especially with some managers and office staff. People gossip behind your back and then smile to your face. HR actually contributes to the negative environment. Management often shifts blame instead of taking responsibility, and if you’re good at your job, they’ll overwork you and stretch you thin. There’s no real management structure, it’s so disorganized.
It’s unfortunate because there are a few good apples, people who genuinely want to do a good job but they’re pushed into the background because of how the company operates. If you have a good head on your shoulders, I’d pass on this company at least until management changes and they bring in real professionals.
